Membership

The Association of Recovery Schools offers two categories of membership: Institutional and Individual.

Institutional Membership

Institutional membership is available to those schools, universities, research organizations, corporations, non-profits or treatment centers who are interested in recovery school issues and want to support ARS’ mission and goals through an annual membership. Annual membership fee for Institutional Members is $300 and includes:

 

  1. Eligibility for office on the Board of Directors and service on committees
  2. Discounts on annual conference registration and other educational and informational materials
  3. Advocacy for recovery schools at local, state and federal levels
  4. Participation and access to national database
  5. Eligibility for an ARS Recovery High School Accreditation

Individual Membership

Individual Membership is available to those individuals who are not affiliated with any particular organization, school or institution. Family members, donors, and persons who would like to support ARS through an Individual Membership can pay an annual fee of $50 which includes:

 

  1. Recognition as an individual member of the Association of Recovery Schools
  2. Opportunities for networking in Virtual Communities and at the annual conference
  3. Discounts on annual conference registration and other educational and informational materials
  4. Access to research materials
